一、系統(tǒng)組成/ System composition
本系統(tǒng)主要由液貨艙的液貨監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)(包含貨艙壓力、溫度、液位傳感器、高液位報(bào)警及溢流報(bào)警探頭等)、泵組溫度監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)、貨泵進(jìn)出口壓力監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)、艙底水監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)以及氣體探測(cè)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成。

本控制臺(tái)可兼容220V和24VDC兩組電源供電,并具備任一失電報(bào)警提示功能;

主要利用磁性浮球?qū)Ω苫晒艿奈吓c斷開來控制開關(guān)的通斷以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)液位高度的報(bào)警。根據(jù)艙底高度設(shè)置95%和98%兩個(gè)報(bào)警高度值,液位在相應(yīng)的報(bào)警值處時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)將發(fā)出指令啟動(dòng)報(bào)警設(shè)備(聲光報(bào)警器)進(jìn)行報(bào)警,以起到提示作用,保障安全。

Basic principle: The pressure transmitter adopts imported pressure chip, the sensitive element adopts diffusion or ion implantation process to form resistance and connect to Wheatstone bridge, and the pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the electric bridge with micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and produces a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure. When we add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, we produce an output of a DC voltage signal. Through the secondary conversion line, the two-wire system 4 ~ 20MA output is realized. 液位測(cè)量主要采用兩種方式:浮球液位計(jì)和雷達(dá)液位計(jì)測(cè)量方式。

浮球液位計(jì)主要由信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換電路及傳感器電路組成,傳感器電路有磁性開關(guān)串聯(lián)電阻形成不同阻值輸出的阻抗電路,當(dāng)外界介質(zhì)帶動(dòng)浮球位移時(shí)。浮球中安裝的磁鐵會(huì)控制磁性開關(guān)進(jìn)行分?jǐn)嗟膭?dòng)作從而使得出接的電阻接入電路造成總體阻抗的變化,再經(jīng)由后端的檢測(cè)放大電路輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的信號(hào)數(shù)值發(fā)送給終端設(shè)備從而轉(zhuǎn)化顯示相對(duì)應(yīng)的液位高度。

高/調(diào)頻非接觸式雷達(dá)液位計(jì)更加適用于漿料、瀝青、原油等高粘度液體及顆粒料的物位連續(xù)測(cè)量,適用于對(duì)溫度壓力變化大、腐蝕性強(qiáng)等惡劣環(huán),本身的非接觸式結(jié)構(gòu),使得本款產(chǎn)品使用壽命長,精度高、可靠性強(qiáng)而且設(shè)備體積小、重量輕,安裝方便,易于后期維護(hù)。
Radar level meter is a measuring instrument based on the principle of time travel.
